Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 12, 2026 · Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Ariel Coaching ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visitarielcoaching.com (the "Site") or reserve a spot in our workshop. We've written it in plain language, and we've tried to be thorough and honest. By using the Site or submitting a reservation, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you complete our reservation (RSVP) form, we collect your name andemail address and the workshop you select. You may also choose to provide optional information — a phone number, your city or town, a short message, and how you heard about us. Optional fields are not required; leaving them blank does not affect your reservation.

Interest in a paid offering. If you use the "Share your interest" form on our Offerings page, we collect your name, email, the offering you're interested in, and any optional phone number or message — solely so we can follow up. This captures interest only; no payment is taken and no payment information is collected.

Information we do not collect. We do not store your IP address with your reservation, and we do not use tracking cookies. We do not collect payment information (the workshop is free).

Analytics information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used. See Section 5.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to comply with valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our participants or others.

4. Data retention

We retain reservation information only as long as reasonably necessary to run the workshop and stay in touch about it, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations or resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first, first-party analytics service. Specifically:

We do not use any tracking or advertising cookies anywhere on the Site.

6. Children's privacy

The Site and workshop are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
